If you live in a secured apartment, please ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If the driver is unable to access the apartment or unit, they will have to leave your order at the entrance to the building.

No, our team is unable to alter an order once payment has been made.

To cancel your order, you must notify us via email or call 1300 133 728 within 12 hours of placing the order.
Unfortunately, any cancellation requests made after this time cannot be honored as your meals will already be packed and you will be charged the full amount of the order.

The referral program is designed to reward people for recommending CORE Powerfoods to friends who don't already have an account. When a referee uses the referral link to place their first order, both parties receive a $20 discount code.
