Where does CORE Powerfoods deliver?

CORE Powerfoods currently delivers all across Australia, enter your suburb or postcode above to check if we deliver to your suburb. 

How much is delivery?

We offer a delivery fee of $9.95 for orders over $150 and $19.95 for orders under $150, throughout NSW, VIC, QLD and SA. The delivery fee in Western Australia is $19.95

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

No, you don't need to be home to receive your delivery! Your CORE Powerfoods order will be delivered with ice packs, which can hold a safe temperature for up to eight hours. This recommended timeframe is weather dependent and will decrease in warmer weather. Please ensure you refrigerate your items as soon as possible.

Note:

Your delivery will generally be left at your front door, gate, or office reception unless you have advised a specific location in the ‘delivery notes’ when placing your order.

The delivery label on your box has your name, address, and phone number visible.

Should there be any dogs present at your delivery address, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible without entering the premises. The safety of our drivers is very important to us.

What if I live in a gated complex or high-rise building?

Please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex (such as a code or buzzer), or if it’s okay to leave your order at the reception or front gate. If you haven’t left any specific instructions, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible

How do I recycle my delivery box & ice pack?

Our delivery box is made of recyclable cardboard, so you can break it down and pop it in your recycling bin at home.

Our gel ice packs contain 100% recyclable outer lining which can be placed in your recycling bin at home. The Gel can be added to your garden beds. The sodium Polyacrylate and water blend help soil retain water.

Our Thermal Liners are 100% recyclable and can be deposited at any Coles or Woolworths store across Australia in the Redcycle Bins.

Will you collect my used delivery box?

No, we are unable to re-use your delivery box and we encourage you to recycle them responsibly at home.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Yes, you can change your order so long as it is before the delivery Cut off for your area. Click to see the delivery cut off for your area.
